```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties```
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Perform night audit duties as required

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
